Prenatal yoga focuses on safe movement<\/strong> for pregnant women. Each sequence is carefully planned with the growing baby and mother’s changing body in mind.<\/p>\n

Prenatal yoga helps alleviate\u00a0common pregnancy discomforts<\/strong> by focusing on good body mechanics and functional movement to help protect your joints and back as you safely build strength and flexibility.<\/p>\n

By incorporating meditation and mindfulness techniques, prenatal yoga can help reduce stress and anxiety<\/strong>. These techniques can also help deepen your connection with yourself and your growing baby.<\/p>\n

Our breath is a natural stress buster<\/strong>. Prenatal yoga breathing techniques help you harness the power of your breath. Take these techniques\u00a0off the yoga mat and into the birthing room, facilitating a calmer, more comfortable labour and delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Working to strengthen your pelvic floor helps support your baby during pregnancy, can ease the process of childbirth, and can quicken your recovery after delivery.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Broaden your support network<\/strong>\u00a0by practicing with other expectant mothers and sharing your experiences in a safe and supportive environment<\/strong>. This sense of community helps reduce stress and improve overall well-being<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
