By incorporating meditation and mindfulness techniques, prenatal yoga can help reduce stress and anxiety. These techniques can also help deepen your connection with yourself and your growing baby.
Our breath is a natural stress buster. Prenatal yoga breathing techniques help you harness the power of your breath. Take these techniques off the yoga mat and into the birthing room, facilitating a calmer, more comfortable labour and delivery.
Working to strengthen your pelvic floor helps support your baby during pregnancy, can ease the process of childbirth, and can quicken your recovery after delivery.
Broaden your support network by practicing with other expectant mothers and sharing your experiences in a safe and supportive environment. This sense of community helps reduce stress and improve overall well-being.
